What does OON mean?​

• An out-of-network provider does not have a contract with insurance companies.

 

• You do NOT have to go through insurance. If you prefer to

privately pay, please let us know in advance.
 

• While we still work with all insurance companies, it is imperative to confirm that you check to ensure your 

insurance policy includes "out-of-network ABA" (OON ABA) benefits BEFORE starting with LGT.
Once confirmed, the on-boarding process can commence.
 

• Monthly invoices (Superbills) are emailed to you with medical coding (CPT codes) and service dates, which you may submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement once they are paid. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed, as coverage depends on individual insurance policies. This is why we leave it up to families to call and confirm the details of their insurance plan.
